The Shopify Ecommerce Store approached us to enhance their online reputation and attract more business. Although they had a pretty good sie setup in Shopify, their online popularity was low when compared to their competitors and it affected their business in plenty.

The website was being promoted on fewer keywords and there was no clear strategy to work on competitive keywords for the business. The presence of the business on social media was not much satisfactory which meant that they did not enjoy popularity from any source digital marketing.

The company had not gathered much backlinks through off-page SEO activities which made it tougher for Google bots to crawl it against specific keywords searches.  Duplicate content here and there did not help much which made the website enjoy lower ranking on the Google Search Engine.

Priortization

We found out that duplicate content was affecting the performance of the website, so we developed fresh content for the website and posted it along with the relevant keywords. Along with the content, we also posted relevant images in order to index the page on Google in a quick time.

Having worked on content, we developed a keyword strategy for the website and found out 150 keywords relevant to business upon which blogs, articles and product pages were optimized. We posted blogs, articles and a whole lot of classifieds to diverse submission sites to get link juice and backlinks for the website to crawl it on the higher pages of the search engine in response to certain keywords.

Social Media

After working on the keyword part, we enhanced the social media presence and CRO items  of the ecommerce store by creating engaging profiles on platforms like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.  Promoting the business on social media resulted in increased user interaction which subsequently enhanced its ranking on the Google Search Engine.

Based on our SEO efforts, the website derived quite significant traffic in a span of five months. Ecommerce store’s placement on the search engine also improved in respect to certain keywords that were competitive and in demand.  The company started receiving initial sales from the web through SEO which further expanded its growth.
